 | We met at the skating rink 31-ish years ago, and started "dating/going together". At my birthday party that year, my parents were not too happy to see me sitting on his lap. Mom was like "hell no"! Understandable because he did look a little rough around the edges with that mullet/afro hair style he had. Anyway, we broke up but stayed friends throughout our school years. After graduation we went our seperate ways. It wasnt until our 20yr class reunion that we saw each other. We were both married at the time, and just caught up with the last 20 yrs of our lives. I then divorced 3 years later, and moved back to Jasper to start my life all over again. About a year after moving back, Jeff also started going through a divorce, and reached out to me via Facebook about getting together sometime for a drink. What a great day! We then met again the next weekend, and the next, and here we are today!! |
