It was Valentine's Day 2017 when the love of my life asked me if we could spend the rest of our lives together.

Since Valentine's Day is my favorite holiday, the entire month of February Craig showered me with love & gifts. Each day he had a different numbered card and a unique gift waiting for me by the steps leading up until Valentine's Day.  I remember on the actual holiday Craig got a bouquet of roses sent to my job and all I could think was WOWWW this man has really out done himself all month!

After work that day my sister was coming by our house so we could exchange our Valentine's Day gifts, and when we walked into the apartment it was fully decorated. There were heart decorations on the wall, hearts hanging from the ceiling, dinner cooking on the stove and Craig waiting at the top of the steps. There was a trail of rose petals and heart shaped candles that led me up the stairs and as soon as I got to the last step I saw our living room. It was filled with pink & red heart shaped ballons that had pictures we've taken throughout the years tied to each of them. The photos started from our very first selfie to our latest date so it was like a timeline of our relationship in photo form. It was absolutely beautiful. The last gift to view was a huge collage Craig got made of all our pictures we had taken together over the last 5 years of us dating along with a very romantic card that read "Happy Valentine's Day Soulmate. These past 5 years have been the best years of my life and I can't imagine life without you.. Turn around"

When I turned around Craig was on his knee, ring in hand and proposed. It was absolutely perfect... My fairytale was now complete.
