On Saturday, November 25, Derek picked Erin up from work in downtown Wheaton. He said that he was sorry that he had to park really far away. This lead them to a long walk in the park. It was here that Derek got down on one knee and asked Erin to marry him. She said, "YES!" And from there, they decided to start planning their lives and future together.
